Medication Management |
Administering pre-prepared medications to patients at the prescribed frequency.[2] [2] Please be advised that Care Assistants are authorized to administer only pre-packaged medications and may provide reminders to patients for their medication intake. |

Monitoring |
Regular monitoring of patients' basic vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse rate, oxygen saturation level, and glucose level, to track their health status at different points throughout the day. |

Light House Keeping |
Assisting in performing light housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, tidying, mopping, and cleaning the patient's living spaces. |

Grocery Shopping |
Assist the patient with grocery shopping.[3] [3] Please note that the groceries purchased are limited to the patient's immediate vicinity, and payment for the groceries to be made by the patient or caregiver. |

Exercise and Mental Games |
1. Assisting patients with light exercises or range of motion exercises to improve circulation and flexibility. 2. Engaging patients in mind stimulating games. |

Medical Escort |
Preparing patients for medical appointments, accompanying them to the appointment, and assisting them in returning home.[4] [4] Please note that transportation fees (if any) are to be made by the patient or caregiver. |

Basic Procedures |
