Changes to your Jaga-Me appointment may be necessary due to the changing needs of your family and situation.
You are therefore able to reschedule or cancel your current appointments by calling us at 6717 3737.
However, before you reschedule or cancel your appointment, please keep in mind our policy, below:

These charges are meant to compensate our JagaPros (nurses and care assistants), who set aside time for you when the appointment was confirmed.
Exceptions
We understand circumstances may not be within your control. Hence, waivers to the cancellation and amendment charges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Do let us know your reasons for cancelling or amending on request.
