While we hope that you never have to experience a case where the nurse does not show up, if you ever encounter such a situation, please follow the steps below:
1) Please inform our Care Navigator Team by calling our hotline 6717 3737
2) If you still require urgent assistance, please inform our Care Navigators and we will do our best to assign another JagaPro to your case at the soonest possible time.
3) If you do not require urgent assistance, kindly also inform our Care Navigators so we can take note that the JagaPro has not fulfilled the service. You may also let us know when you would like to have a replacement appointment, if required.
You will only be charged for services that have been rendered.
